Complimentary VIP places for qualifying airlines*

We work closely with buyers to overcome their toughest challenges and address their core issues, and their presence at our conferences is integral to our success. Therefore we warmly invite qualifying airline operators to attend AeroEngines MENA free of charge.

That means free attendance for the duration of our interactive and informative conference sessions and a chance to meet and network with suppliers, industry leaders and peers at our exclusive networking functions, subject to them fitting the airline qualification criteria as outlined below.

A VIP Pass includes:

• Access to all conference sessions
• Access to the showcase exhibition
• Admission to all networking functions
• Post event access to conference presentations

Airline Qualification

Qualifying representatives for airlines must hold a job function within the areas of purchasing, maintenance, overhaul, engineering, supply chain or technology.

Representatives in sales/business development/marketing/customer service roles or from third party maintenance affiliates do not qualify for a free place.

Please note: You must register with a valid company email address and Aviation Week Network reserves the right to cancel any non-qualifying registrations. Your airline registration will go through an approval process before it is confirmed, this may take up to 2-3 business days.

Lessor Qualification

Qualifying representatives for leasing companies must hold a job function solely in technical procurement.

Leasing representatives in sales/trading/business development/marketing/customer service/corporate/administration do not qualify for a free place.
